Ferri`s Pizza in Moscow

I really wanted to like the pizza so bad BC the reviews seemed great, but I seriously hated how it tasted. Not just me, but my family as well. I can't even explain how it tasted, it was the oddest tasting pizza I ever had and the cheese got stuck to your teeth. My nephew who is a huge fan of pizza and eats it everyday, disliked it as well. The inside of the establishment was nice, very antique looking with old photos and stuff from miners.

Love the coal mining theme! Cheese Steaks are Awesome!!

Crust is excellent. It's a different style of pizza that I'm used to in Brooklyn NY, but nonetheless I love it! This is the only spot near me where Ill eat the pizza...

An 'experience' just walking around the place. I started going to Ferri's in the 70's when they had a place on top of Taylor hill. Working 3-11 p on railroad, I would get 2 slices and a foot long hot dog. The pizza is crispy, sauce sweet .. and yes, American cheese w maybe a hint of .. romano .. not sure.

Ordered the General Tso's pizza.... Disgusting!!

Best Pizza in Russia

Same exact pizza every single time for decades! I can only give it 5 stars cause it doesn't go to 10. Just order a simple plain with extra cheese..and you'll be blown away. The footlongs are my very favorite hot dogs too... very friendly atmosphere just love this place

Not a fan of Old Forge style pizza. Hate the term trays and cuts. This place has amazing potato pizza. Their regular pizzas and specialty pizzas are excellent as well. In all the service and quality of the pizza make it worth the hour long round trip

Ferris is easily one of my favorite pizza places. Their monthly specials are amazing. Everything on the menu is top quality. Highly recommend to anyone in the Moscow area.

First time trying Ferri’s since we moved up this way. Ordered a difficult to make pizza tonight and they did not stop until they got it perfect. Great pizza! Great people! Will definitely be back.

Excellent place for pizza. Great buffalo chicken pizza. A must try. One of the 3 best buffalo chicken pizzas I have tried back east so far.... They only take cash or I would have given 5 stars. They have an atm on site.

As someone who loves pizza I have to say that whatever Ferri's is trying to pass off as pizza is an abomination. The crust was mediocre, there was hardly any sauce on the "pizza" and to top it all off they used American Cheese instead of Mozzarella, an act that should be considered sacrilegious. After taking three bites of this "pizza" I started to consider making an attempt to eat the box instead. I have never had worse "pizza" in my entire life and to call it pizza is an insult to pizza itself as well as the many respectable pizzerias that exist elsewhere. I only give Ferri's a one star rating because I am not given the option to give it no stars.

Food and employees are good. Pizza is good price. Some hot sandwiches are a little high price

Only pizza place open on a Sunday in Moscow so we tried it. A child could’ve made better pizza. Looked like prebaked dough. Sauce wasn’t good and cheese tasted like American cheese. Pizza didn’t even look good. We ended up throwing it away.

An original Old Forge Pizza shop that relocated to Moscow Pa years ago. Arguably the best Old Forge style Pizza ever. My favorite!

Excellent pizza! Had the plain and pepperoni square tray. The Pepperoni is where it’s at! Absolutely delicious! Would definitely not expect that great of a pizza from Moscow but here it is! Great job!

This was our first trip here but was introduced to their pizza by a family member visiting. It was so good we decided to make a road trip out of the drive there. The decor is really cool and by the time I looked all around at the exhibits the pizza was ready. The second time was just as good as the first.

The perfect pizza for the palate and hand. Best in the world. Tangy tasty sauce, sharp tasting aromatic cheese and crispy buttery dough/crust. The total package. Old Forge Style Pizza fabricated to perfection. A cut above the rest in all facets. To die for. Bon Appetit

Pizza is decent and the special Crab Rangoon pizza with REAL crab was tasty! Unfortunately, the prices are really expensive! A tray with 2 toppings was over $20!

Ordered a tray with banana peppers, half the cheese on one side wasnt even melted, then their to cheap to have a credit card machine, that was an extra 4.75 charge to take 20 bucks out! Waist of a trip from Throop, pizza was terrible!!!

While the pizza is good I would never order to dine in, they are rude and when you try to make small talk they just look at you without even a smile, rude! Also if you order something and tell them you don't want, for example the onions they just tell you no! So I just save myself the headache and just go for the pizza because it is in fact very tasty!

So I go to this pizza place because I hear of some mythical place called Italy. Legends speak of a country so terrible at warfare that their allies speak of them only in whispers. Some say they are the country that shall not be named, the fat kid of warfare, etc. I do not know if these western legends are true (probably lies made by the western spies, i will have to do another purge just to be safe) but if they are this so called Italian food might explain it.I mean this food was so bad it makes rations in Gulags seem like a 5 course dinner. This "pasta" pfft it is nothing but discount bread. Not even as good Soviet bread.And the pizza? Pathetic. They barely had any toppings either! I go to ask for authentic russian topping bear meat and they ask me "what the hell?"How RUDE. I sent KGB after them for disrespect. Worse of all they had western propganda playing on a TV. Every true blooded soviet knows that "football" is nothing more then a western capitalist invention.

Food is great but to many rules about changing food to suit your taste.

If you like square cut pizza, this is the place to go to in Moscow. The pizza is delicious and the staff is friendly. Beware that it is a cash only establishment. They do have an ATM inside.
